It is indeed an honor for me to be the President of this oldest educational institution in Ambarnath. With the slogan "प्रज्वलितो ज्ञानमयः प्रदिपः” The Education Society, Ambarnath is striving to ignite young minds to achieve greater success in life, serving humanity and our motherland.

At P. D. Karkhanis College we aim to achieve former president late Dr APJ Abdul Kalam’s vision of "The Ignited Minds". Our focus is on overall development of students. Along with formal education prescribed in the curriculum, extra-curricular activities are given equal importance, preparing today's youth to face the tomorrow's challenges in real world. With strong collaboration with surrounding industries we are trying to impart the desired skills in our students.

With proper focus and wholehearted efforts I am sure our students will become the change agents for bright future of the nation.
